The US is preparing for a spell of dollar weakness

Mismanagement of the coronacrisis, dwindling US prestige and the neccesity of a very loose Fed policy in the coming years will likely weaken the dollar significantly. Yet, in the coming months a risk-off phase and demand for dollars to deleverage could keep the dollar uptrend intact or will at least postpone the start of a dollar downtrend.
