James joined ECR in 2024 with previous sales experience in IT and Recruitment he has experience working in multiple markets. Having lived or worked in Singapore, Spain, UK, China and the Netherlands, working with people from different regions and cultures, continuously learning more about the world is something he enjoys. Before Sales he completed his Bachelors in Cardiff, University and Masters in Utrecht University. His passion for sales comes from the enjoyment of problem solving, finding the right match for our services and helping potential clients make their internal case.
